I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Joel Anderson and Melinda Williams at ArtSpace in downtown Shreveport. It was a fantastic event with poetry, good friends and family, food and a lot of dancing. I meant to ask the couple if they had a song list from the evening because I couldnt help but to shake it a bit as I reminisced about the good o’ days of BBD, Sugar Hill Gang and Cameo and walked around shooting eveyone in the Soul Train line, line dances and just getting down on the dance floor. Thanks to the couple for a great night and may they have a lifetime of happiness together.
